Mr. Massoj statos that the Govommont has dccidod to appoint an Advißory Board of a judicial cli.ivactor to doaJ with exceptional eases in regard to tlio internment of enemy subjects. Tho Hon. Sir Francis Bell is now making tlio necessary arrangonionts. A well known Auckland has consented to take a position on tho heard, which would bo of a scnii-judioial character and consist of three members. "The public," tho Prime Minister added, "need bo under no apprehension. Any indications of disloyalty will be promptly dealt with. No individual who is oven Buspeotcd by, tho authorities of being dangerous will bo allowed to retain his liberty. Tho now body will have powor to recommend tlio segregation or internment of any enoiny subject, and it "'ill ko u . 50 information and machinery of the Police Department for the purposes for which it is being appointed." Final steps in connection with tho appointment of the hoard will bo tnkon on the Prime Minister's return to Wellington. ________
