London, June 1. Tlio Italian Press comments on Germany's! reasons for not declaring war on Italy. The suggestion is mado that Germany fears to cause dissatisfaction in her already sorely demoralised armies.
The newspapers declare that Austria Is goading Turkey to declare war against Italy. There will he a postponement of a rupture for a few days to enable many Italian Consuls in Turkey to return home.
WAR FEELING RISING IN RUMANIA

London, June 1. Router s Agent at Bucharest states that public opinion is feverishly spreading wide in favour of joining the Entente immediately.
m, London, June 1. The Times correspondent at Bucharest says the relations between Rumania and Bulgaria have steadily improved, and that there is likely to ba a definite entente, Rumania ceding territory to Bulgaria.
