TRADING WITH THE ENEMY IN CHINA
PROTEST BY BRITISH MERCHANTS. Shanghai, June 1. The British Chamber of Commerce passed a resolution regretting that the Imperial Government has tacitly sanctioned trading with the enemy in China, and urged an amendment of the regulations to preclude such trading.
