THE BUD (Rec. May 31, 0.20 a.m.) Rio de janlero, May 29. The "Gazette Noticias" states that a widespread plot has been discovered in Southern Brazil, where there is a large Gorman colony. Supplies of arms were collected at Annitopolis, and it was intended to proclaim tho independence of the State of Santa Marina. The outbreak wa-s upset, and the Brazilian Government notified the German Minister of the plans.
