Tie Talrnie reports by wireless that the Norwegian barque Fratn, which left Auckland on October 18 to load guano at Maiden Island, was totally wrecked there on January 24. She was moored a short distance from the shore, and the wreck was due to {he moorings carrying away. The crew of twelve landed safely and were conveyed by the barque Activ to Rarotonga, whence they are proceeding to Auckland by the Talune.
