A REPORT ON TREATMENT OF OFFICERS. < London, May 24. Official.—Mr. Walter H. Page (American Ambassador in England) has communicated to Sir Edward Grey_ (Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs) the German War Minister's announcement that four British officers now at Frankfort, Carlsruhe, and Torgau will be interned at one placo (Mid allowed to mutually communicate with one another during exercise. There are but thirty-nine officers who now receive soldiers' food.
