'A' CENSORED TELEGRAM. London, May 20. In the House of Commons, in reply to a question, Mr. H. J. Tennant (Dn-der-Seoretary of State for War) said "The Times's" statement regarding the shortage of munitions had not been represented to the Press Bureau in London." "The Times" comments on this statement as follows: — "This is demonstrably false. The original telegram, with deletions marked by the censor in red ink, was passed for Dublication."—"Times" and Sydney ? 'Sun" Services. ECONOMY Y. DEAR FOOD BOARD OF TRADE URGES LESS meat consumption. London, May 20. The Board of Trade draws the attention of the publio to the importance of restricting the consumption of meat in order to economise national supplies, and prevent an excessive increase m price. •
