(By Telegraph.—Press Association.. Dargaville, May 20. At a meeting of the Hobson County Council to-day it was decided to strike a further extra rato over tho county, and to devote £700 for the relief of distress occasioned by the war. At its last meeting the council allotted £125 to tho Belgian Relief Fund.
