TEMPORARY SUSPENSION REPORTED New York, May 19. It is reported in Washington that Germany will suspend her submarine campaign pending a reply to President Wilson's Note. STEAMER TORPEDOED. London, May 19. The steamer Dumcree was torpedoed, but did not sink. She was then towed by a Norwegian steamer, hut the submarine gave ohaee, whereupon the Norwegian cast off.
