Dunsdln, May 19. In the Supreme Court this morning, Ernest Albert Stevens, aged 35, came "P for , sentence on a oharge of theft. The Crown Prosecutor 6tated that prisoner was a well-known criminal with three, previous convictions. Mr. Justice Sim sentenced accused to twelve months' imprisonment, and declared him an habitual criminal.
