SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications are for moderate to strong easterly to northerly winds northward of New Plymouth and Napier.. and strong and increasing northerly winds, changing to westerlies shortly, elsewhere. Bull arid misty weather with rain ie probable generally. The barometer has a falling tendency. Scattered rain has been "reported in the East, Coast districts of both Islands, and Wso. north .of Auckland. Hazy arid cloudy conditions have ruled.
