There was a very good attendance. Tho track was heavy as the result of recent rains, but it improved slightly as tile day advanced. The totalisator investments were .£21,001, as against .£18,151 10s. on. tho second day of the last Winter Meeting, and the aggregate for the meeting was <£34,951, compared with J31.739 last yeai'.
