Tho Mayor, Councillor Perry and the Town Clerk wero appointed a committco to malco preliminary arrangements. Lengthy consideration was given to the question of tho bus service to Muritai, tho matter eventually being loft to tho Ferry Board for inquiry and report. On the motion of Councillor Heenan, it was resolved that ferry passes bo issued to the Mayor and councillors on tlie same condition as last year, ramely, that councillors .should only use their passes when travelling on borough business.
