Atkins : was resolved that all affiliated associs tions be written to asking for instrui tions regarding tho playing of Brow Shield and other representativ matches this season. Regarding a cha lenge received for a Brown Shiel niatoh from Otago, it was decided tha the challenge be accepted, provided tha the matches bo proceeded with. A letter was received from the set rotary of tho Treasury (Mr. A. Gibbt acknowledging receipt of the associs tion's letter of October 15, 1914, ei closing bank receipt for £30, being con tribution from tho New Zealand Fool ball Association for the purchase of a: ambulance wagon for tho New Zealan Forces. Johnston; Sixtl Division A, Mr. F Bowles; Sixth Divison B. Mr. B. Bell. St. David's Club protested againsl Hutt Third Division team's win on Sat . urday last. It was alleged that the latter team had played a disqualified player. The Hutt Club forwarded a letter stating that'the player in question had not received any official notict of his disqualification, and had said thai he was entitled to play It was finally decided that the match should be replayed, and that all clubs should be notified of the names of disqualified players. _A protest was received from the Y.M.C.A. Boys' Club against the win of the Wadestown Club in the Fourth Division for having- included a playei who was alleged to be over age. The * matter was referred to the Boys' Subcommittee to deal with.
