The annual meeting; of the Featherston Centre of the New Zealand Farmers | JIJion was held at Featherston on Monday, Mr. A. Donald presiding over a large attendance. The balance-sheet presented showed funds on hand to bo £11 ( s. 11(3. The following appointments: were made:—Local committee, Messrs. Arch. Clark, Q. Donald, G. B. Galver, AV. G. Hodder, G. Yule, Vui. v Parr y< Thos. Benton, and ■ E- O.'Nealo; representatives on central executive, Messrs. Q. Donald and Arch. Clark; delegate to Provincial Conference, Mr. Q._ Donald: Mr. A. Leigh Hunt, of Wellington, gave, an address on various matters of interest to producers.
