The fine farming and grazing properties in the great wheat belt of NewSouth Wales, known, as "Rosewood," of 6612 acres, and "Bungambie Park, of 5164' acres, are to be auctioned by Messrs. Dalgety and Co., in conjunction with Goldsborough, Mort and Co., Sydney, under instructions from the mortgagees. The auctioneers recommend "Rosewood" and "Bungambil Park" to tboso in search of sound investments showing a. practically immediate return, and a. sound and increasing value. Their situation in respect of railway communication, the character of the country, and good rainfall, must, they state, commend them as safe investments. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co. hold a stock sale at Levin on Friday.
