The fine farming and grazing properties in the great wheat belt of NewSouth Wales, known, as "Rosewood," of 6612 acres, and "Bungambie Park, of 5164' acres, are to be auctioned by Messrs. Dalgety and Co., in conjunction with Goldsborough, Mort and Co., Sydney, under instructions from the mortgagees. The auctioneers recommend "Rosewood" and "Bungambil Park" to tboso in search of sound investments showing a. practically immediate return, and a. sound and increasing value. Their situation in respect of railway communication, the character of the country, and good rainfall, must, they state, commend them as safe investments. Plant, machinery, and stock on these properties will be offered on the samo date. The sale will be held on June 30, at the Royal Exchange, Sydney. Full particulars will appear later. Attention is draws to an advertisement on our land page on behalf of Messrs. Matthews, Gamliu and Co., of Inglewood, This firm states that the land advertised is some of the cheapest in the Dominion. The Wellington Kennel Club's annual meeting will be held in Godber's Rooms, Courteuay Place, at 8 o'clock this evening. A demonstration of cooking by electricity will be given in the showrooms of the Corporation Lighting Department, Harris Street, between the hours of 2 and 5 on Thursday afternoon. Mr. W. Inglis Husband, Pahiatua, announced Messrs. Husband and Ledcoles dairy farm of 225 acres for sale. Messrs. Gorton and Co., in conjunction with Messrs. Dalgety and Co., have received instructions from Mr. Ernest Short, to sell by auction the whole of his stud of Clydesdales, at his station on June 9. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co. hold a stock sale at Levin on Friday.
