ADIEU TO THE COURT CARDS. ■ Musioal costume comedy has been presented here.by many oompanies, each of which'has justly claimed some particular merit, but Press criticism throughout New Zealand has been unanimous in according to Mr. Edgar Warwick's English company, ( the Court Cards, the praise which their artistry and originality merit. Though hero for only a fortnight, on their_ previous visit each of the Cards established an enviable reputation, while the concerted work of the company was a revelation of smooth efficiency only obtainable by artists who have been long* associated. Consequently the return visit is .being keenly anticipated, and a warm _ welcome no doubt awaits these quaintlyattired entertainers on Saturday, night, when they again take the boards for a,' season at the Grand Opera House. At 9 o'clock this morning tho box plan tor the season will open at the Bristol. During their seven nights' stay old friends and new acquaintances will be treated to further new and original programmes from the exteusivc repertoire of the Court Cards—to say nothing of their Joker. _____
