Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Wellington City Council, held on THURSDAY, fhe 15th APRIL, 1915, the following resolution was passed, viz:— The Council of the City of Wellington hereby makes and ordains (by Special Order) the following By-law under or by virtue,' or in pursuance of , the provisions of "The Tramways Act, 1908," and its amendment, ,and under or in pursuance of all and every other powers or authorities (if any) enabling the Council in that behalf, and for the purpose of regulating the carrying on of the undertaking of the Wellington City Tramways, and ordering the traffic thereof, and of all extensions of such undertaking made or to be made, or which undertaking the Council are "the promoters" within tho meaning of the. said Act..
