HARRIERS

SCOTTISH CLUB. . The Scottish Harriers held their weekly run from Oriental Bay Kiosk on Saturday, a largo muster resulting. The pack was in charge of Captain S. Hall, with E. E. Welch as pacemaker. The course led from the Kiosk, up Grass Street, past the signal station,' and along the ridge to Constable Street. From there a turn was made to Wellington Road, and homo along Evans Bay Road. In view of the .novice race which takes place at Miramar on Saturday week, a fairly stiff pace was set, excellent form being shown by. the younger runners. The usual run-in resulted in a win for S. Hall, from scratch, E. Welsh and W. Ballantyne filling the places.
