» OUTBREAK AT ELLERSLIE. (By Telegraph.—Preps Association.) Auckland, May 10. 'An eleven-roomed house at Ladies' Mile, Ellerslie, owned by John Rountree, and occupied by Charles Hunt, was gutted by tiro early on Sunday morning. The furniture destroyed was insured, for £.300 in the Victoria Insurance Company. The amount of insurance on the iiouso is unknown. The origin of the firo is a mystery.
