BELGIAN RED CROSS FUNDS CONFISCATED
BY THE GERMAN GOVERNOR i , London, May 7. The German Military Governor of Belgium, General Von Bissing, lias sup. pressed the Belgian Bed Cross and confiscated its funds to co-operate with the German authorities in proposed social woiks-iii Belgium.
