FRENCH WAR LOAN
ISSUE OF DEBENTURE BONDS. (Itec.-May 7, 7.10 p.m.) Paris, May 7. The French Minister of Finance (M. Kibot) lias tabled a Bill raising tho national debenturo bond issue to 6,000,000,000 francs (roughly £2-10,000,000). He also seeks powers to issuo bonds for 1,060,000,000 . francs (£42,>100,000), which will be discounted in England in payment, of French purchases there under arrangement with Mr. Lloyd Georgo.
