The tenth annual general meeting of the Wellington Hockey Referees' Association was held on Tuesday evening in the Y.M.C.A. rooms. Dr. K. C. Morpeth presided over a good attendance of members. The report and balancesheet were adopted. The balance-sheet showed a credit balance of £7 14s. sd. Tho election <if o dicers resulted as follows:—President, Dr. K. C. Morpeth (re-elected); vice-presidents, Messrs A. A. Bennett, C. S. Falconer, and "\X. C. Southwick (all re-elected); hon. secretary and treasurer, Mr. J. C. Cusack; hon. auditor, Mr. G. Keall; appointment committee, Dr. K. C. Morpeth, Messrs. A. W. Manning, and J. C. Cusack; examination board, Dr. K. C. Morpeth. Messrs. C. S. Falconer, and J. C. Cusack; delegates to Now Zealand Hockey Association, Dr. K. C. Morpeth. It was decided to ask the hon. secretary of the New Zealand Hockey Assocition to call a meeting of that body aa early as possible.

A hearty vote of thanks was recorded to the late secretary, Mr. C. P. M'Kenzie. also to the Press for their great assistance during the past season.
