GRADING FOR APEIL. >Hemp.—The total number of bales graded was 9633, as compared with 10,143 for the corresponding month of last year, a decrease of 510 bales. For the twelve months ending April 30 the number of bales graded was 82,479, as compared with 151,772 for tho previous twelve months, a decrease of 69,293 bales. Tow.—During the month 2740 bales were dealt with, as compared with 2776 for tho corresponding month of last year, a decrease of 36 bales. For the twelve months ending April 30 tho number of bales graded was 23,338, as compared with 45,759 for the previous twelve months, a decrease of 21,421 bales.,'
