1 NEW ZEALANDERS' STORY OF THE LANDING THE TURK AT CLOSE QUARTERS DASH AND MAGE OF THE , COLONIALS LATEST CASUALTY LISTS Graphio accounts 'of the landing and subsequent fighting on the Gallipoli Peninsula feature the war news to-day, and from one account the Australians and New Zealanders have had their full share of the work. Our men were at fclose quarters with the . Turks, and there was some hot work with the bayonet, with heavy losses to the enemy. There is also a very full and clear account of the whole of the landing operations, and everything points to ■ the fact that the Allies' offensive is developing successfully. A further list of casualties is published to-day.
