ADDITIONAL LISTS 76 FURTHER CASUALTIES REPORTED j TWO MORE DEATHS Additional casualty lists were received at the Defence Headquarters yesterday and made available to the public during the day by the issue of extras. The lists are composed mainly of Canterbury and Otago men, but included in these battalions' lists are names of a number of men from other districts.
