SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications are for moderate to strong south-easterly and southerly winds, and cool and changeable weather, with scattered showers, especially in the northern and East Coast districts. The barometer has a, falling tendency in the north, but little chanEe is indicated generally. Cloudy to overcast conditions have prevailed, and showers have been reported in various parte of the country.
