— PROSPECTIVE LAND SALE. ; (By TelccroM New Plymouth, May 6. Judgment was given this morning by Mr. Crooko, S.M., in the case Finning v. Hills, a claim for return of a deposit paid in prospect of a land sale which . did not eventuate. The Magistrate held that there was unreasonable delay on the defendant's part in completing the transaction and in arranging to discharge encumbrances on the property. Judgment went for plaintiff. Leave to appeal was granted.
