AN UN US DAL SCENE. ' (lleo. May 3, 8.55 p.m.) Sydney, May 3. As a result of the wool trade dispute an unusual scene was witnessed in the Exchange, when 7297 bales were offered. There was a strong attendance of buyers. but not a single bid was recorded. Sellers to-day intimated that regular terras would prevail. Every lot was called, but buyers remained dumb. Duriiig the week the brokers ascertained that freightage as available for 49,000 bales. (Rec. May, 4, 1.40 a.m.) • Sydney, May 3.
