HEALTH OF SAMOAN TROOPS
« On Sunday, Defence Headquarters received from Colonel Logan the following report on the health of the New Zealand troops at Samoa: —"Health of troops good. Headquarters: Captain J. G. Roache, enteric; Lieut. C. Mackie, severe contusion; Wireless Operator R. Croucher, debility. Infantry: Sergeant R. Olipliant, lacerated finger; Corporal W. J. Heasley, dengue; Private J. Jones, ; G. Morrisey, _ colitis; Private It. T. Robinson, tonsilitis; Private A. J. Taylor, colitis. All doing well.",
