ARNST RETIRES FROM SCULLING

The "Daily Telegraph," announcing Dick Arnst's retirement from the sculling arena for all time, says: "It is doubtful if ever again we will see a man accomplish Arnst's feat, to begin a raw novice, and become a world's champion under two years."
