Harry Rudge was convicted and ordered to pay costs, 19s. Bd., on a charge of allowing an express to stand in Willis Street without its being alongside the footpath.
Thomas Monahan was fined £2, with costs 95., for removing shingle from Ohiro Beach without authority.
