AUSTRALIAN BLACKS CREATE TROUBLE. Perth, April 24. Escapees from the Wyndham Gaol are creating trouble. They are raiding Afghan camps and Chinese gardens, and killing the residents. They have developed a marked contempt for , tho whites.
