UNDERSTANDING WITH RUSSIA
London, April 23. The National Party of Bulgaria, in a manifesto, urged an understanding with her liberator, Russia, and the iattcr's Allies, Britain and France, obtaining guarantees of Bulgaria's national unity in the event of tlio pledging of military collaboration.
