American newspapers, in publishing reports emphasising the British submarine activity on the German coast and the suspension of British. and Dutch shipping, declare that a. titanic naval struggle is imminent. GERMAN HICH SEA FLEET. UNINTERRUPTED CRUISES. Berlin, April 23., The Germtw Admiralty states that the High Sea Fleet has been repeatedly cruising in the North Sea, and that it advanced into English waters without meeting British warships.
