A DREADFUL REPORT Tho High Commissioner reports:— London, April 20. Official. —"Eye-Witness" states that a French civilian who leccntly returned from German captivity writes: "Of 120,000 civilians taken in Germany, and soldier prisoners, one-quarter will die in six months; the remainder will suffer for the rest- of tlieir lives through tho horrors of their captivity. Tell our soldiers to wish for death in prefereuca to captivity."'
