Leslie Derratt, • a young man, was charged under the Police Offences Act witli disturbing the audience at a picture theatre by throwing a sneezing powder abcut. 1 The police said that theatre proprietors had bean receiving many complaints about tliis nuisance, but defendant was tho first person caught in tho act. A'.fine of 405., with costs, was imposed.
