GRAZING PROPERTIES.
Messrs. Levin, and Co., Ltd., and C. L. Duigan and' Co. (Wanganui),' in conjunction, are instructed by the trustees of the estate of the lata Adrian Higgio to sell by public auction at Wanganui on Wednesday, May 5, two splendid farming properties, particulars of which are advertised in this issue. No. 1\ comprises 1192 acres Native lease. This property Is situate about nine miles from. Manga, mahu Township by good road, and is all in pass and fenced., All easy country, well-watered and first-class sheep and cattle' country. Over 5000 sheep and lambs were shorn off this property this season. Lot No. 2 comprises 1967 acres, adjoining Mangamahu, and is a lease for 21 years from the Wanganui Education Board. Practically all in grass. All easy country, and some good ploughablo flats. A section of 12 acres 1.i.p., with good house, and necessary outbuildings thereon, will be sold, together with the educational lease. Full particulars and copies of tho leases may be inspected on application to Messrs. Levin and Co.
