SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications Are for strong southerly and westerly winds generally, with changeable and cold weather and rain iu parts. Barometer unsteady, with a rising tendency everywhere. Strong and squally westerly to southerly winds have prevailed. Rain has falleu in many parts, and enow on 6omc higher levels in the south.
