PREMIERS' CONFERENCE
MR. FISHER'S REPLY TO MR. MASSEY. The Prime Minister (Right Hon. W. F. Massey) has received the following cablegram from the Right Hon. A. Fisher, Prime Minister of the Commonwealth, in answer to Mr. Massey's cablegram regretting his inability to attend the proposed conference of Premiers: —"Much appreciate your courteous reply to Commonwealth invitation to representatives of your Government to visit Australia and take part in proposed conference. Hope oiicumstances will enable difficulties in way to bo overcome in near future."
