MAINSPRING OF THE INDIANS' LOYALTY. (Reo. April 13, 9.15 p.m.) Melbourne, April 13. The Rev. Mr. Fraser, principal of Trinity College, Colombo, has arrived in Melbourne. In an interview, he said, referring to the loyalty of the Indians, that there was the utmost enthusiasm for the cause of the Allies. Even former seditious agitators were stirring tha people into enlistment. "It is not that the war is popular," he said, "but that the British rule is popidar. Everywhere the Indians are saying: "Our Raj is in danger. Let us light!"
