PATRIOTIC IRISHMEN IN A GERMAN PRISON
SCORN AN OFFER OF SPECIAL TREATMENT. (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.) London, April 12. An extract from the recently published White Paper describing the treatment of British prisoners in Germany, says that the Irish prisoners in one camp were assombled and informed that the Kaiser was aware of the down-trodden state of Ireland, and wished the Irishmen to be placed in a separate camp'. The Irishmen replied that they wanted no different treatment from their compatriots.—"Times" and Sydney "Sun" services.
