SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications are for strong and equally northerly wind 6, probably changing by we6t to south in from 24 to M hours. Expect unsettled and cloudy weather, especially in and southward of Cook Strait, and rain following generally, Barometer rising temporarily in the south, but a further fall is anticipates. Cloudiness has increased generally and rain has fallen in the West Coast and .southernmost districts of the South Island.
