Tho parcel-po6t mail per Main Trunk express closes at the C.P.O. at 11.30 a.m., and for the eouth per ferry steamer at 6.45 p.m. Parcels for dispatch by steamers and trains, with the exception of the usual ferry steamers for southern olllces, close at the Chief Post Office, Wellington, one hour before the advertised times of closing of maile. As tho l ast clearance of the city receivers is made at 5.45 p.m. on Saturdays, all correspondence for the Sunday night Auck land express must be posted at the Ohief Post Office not later than 8 p.m. on SunThe public arc earnestly requested to register oil letters containing money or valuables intended to be sent by post. All boolre and sample packets and newspapers for places within the Dominion must bo posted half an hour before the ordinary letter-mall oloews. Unless otherwise specified, registered letters and parcels post packages must bo handed in and money-orders obtained oho hour before tho ordinary mail closes.
