(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Chrlstohurch, April 9. At the annual meeting of the South Island Brass Bands' Association, the balance-sheet showed a credit of £24. A number of delegates referred to the practice of publishing criticism of the bands' performances before the judge's results were made known.
