FODDER SHORTAGE IN VICTORIA
SUPPLIES FOR ABROAD. Melbourne, April 9. In connection with the fodder shortage tho State has already secured from San Francisco throe cargoes of hay, aggregating 12,500 tons. The earliest shipment will arrive on June 7. Cargoes of oats from Argentina and Chilian porte are being imported by private firms. The shortago is due to military requirements.
