The Washington correspondent of the "Times" says; "The latest German intrigue is in the shape of full-page advertisements, signed by four mind red publishers and editors of foreign publications in the United States, protesting against the export of munitions of war 'destined to shatter and blot out' the relatives of readers of the publications."—"Times" and Sydney "Sun"' services.
