UNEMPLOYMENT IN AMERICA (Rec. April 8, 8.10 p.m.i Washington, April 7. A deputation of textile manufacturers, headed by Congressman Metz ; informed the State Department that within sixty days four hundred thousand operatives had been thrown out of work for want of dye-stuffs from Germany.
