THREE WEEKS' HOLIDAY. London, April 2. Mr. Asquith, the Prime Minister, has taken over the direction of foreign affairs for three iveeks irhilo Sir Edward Grey (Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs) is 011 holiday. Hitherto Sir Edward Grey has not enjoyed the short rests that other members of tho Cabinet have secured.
