HOPE OF RESCUE ABANDONED. Honolulu, March 29. Efforts to raise the American submarine F4, which dived off Honolulu Harbour and failed to reappear, continue. All hope has been abandoned regarding the officers and crew (25 all told). The divers who went down reached a world's record depth, and were drawn up unconscious.
